Electromechanical drive technology
smart and intelligent
SOLUTIONS
The new TOX®-ElectricDrive System with its electrical drives can be used in a wide range of applications: from 0.02 kN to 1,000 kN. The highly flexible integration into existing control environments saves time and costs – drive control, process monitoring and quality assurance are combined in one system. The intuitive HMI meets all your requirements – you decide whether the TOX®-Software is run on our HMI panel or on your PC on customer-side.
The servo drive is connected to the control TOX®-PowerModule Core via motor, resolver and data line. The interface of the drive, the TOX®-EdgeUnit, provides two digital inputs and outputs as well as two analog inputs and one encoder input. It forms the actual decentralized intelligence of the servo drive: The data are collected where they are recorded, and then sent as a bundle to the TOX®-PowerModule Core.
The force sensor integrated into TOX®-ElectricPowerDrive is directly located next to the measuring amplifier of the TOX®-EdgeUnit. No complex cabling – no susceptibility to electromagnetic interference. In addition, a second DMS measuring amplifier is available for closed-loop monitoring – a full-featured second measuring channel.
K for compact - and cost-effective all round.
The cost-effective drive in our series.
K for compact - with high power density.
Highly accurate 4-point force measuring, high power density with low weight and low space requirement characterize this drive.
F for fast - accurate and highly dynamic.
The ideal servo drive for continuous operation. Fast and extremely dynamic with highly accurate 4-point force measuring.
R for robot - the robot tongs drive.
Less weight for more flexibility.
L for large - very robust.
The exceptionally strong drive for high press forces.
With TOX®-SystemControl, we establish a PC-based control architecture which takes over functions, such as communication with the PLC or storage of quality data. All information is bundled here. Up to 640 data words can be exchanged via the flexible fieldbus. Fully comprehensive process monitoring is integrated. The TOX®-PowerModule also supplies the power for the TOX®-ElectricPowerDrive drives here.
